  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
  • We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
  • All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense. 
  • SWEET COTTON  is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.

Every order is supplied with a tracking number


  • Please note that SWEET COTTON is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
  • All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
  • We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. 

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.





  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (International customers have an allowance of 45 days), gift card or refund. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
  • We process all internacional returns within 4 business days .We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
  • The original postage cost is non-refundable when a return is made.
  • International customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.





Our returns policy

Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:

- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags and hygiene sticker still attached
- Then item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Please note: due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online


How do I return an item?

  1. Email with your order number and name of items you wish to return
    2. We will email you a form to include in your parcel
    3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Sweet Cotton will not accept any items returned damaged in any way
    4. Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the form, We recommend you send your parcel back via DHL mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
    5. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide



Please email with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued in the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced*


  • Refunds are offered on all orders.
  • There is a $10 handling fee that will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your payment method the funds may take 8-10 business days to clear back into your account.
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of Gift Card, Credit Card, PayPal, then your Gift Card will be re-issued and your payment refunded.



  • Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase, valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded


  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns
